Spring Blah, blah, blah

Is anyone else got spring blahs? Everyone around here is lethargic and discombobulated. Anyone know of spring "tonics" they have heard of that help with this ichy transition? Maybe it's the planet's alignment- who knows. If I find anything I'll post it. My mom says they use to mix black strap molassis with something as a spring cure all. Hmmm. I'll have to think about it.
